A balanced diet can improve mood, enhance immune function, and promote longevity. To follow healthy eating habits, first, focus on eating a variety of nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats to ensure you get a range of essential vitamins and minerals. Second, practice portion control by being mindful of serving sizes, which helps prevent overeating and supports weight management. Lastly, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day, as hydration plays a key role in digestion, energy levels, and overall bodily functions.
